Valeska is a queer Nicaraguan immigrant who came here as a child refugee. She received her B.A. in American Studies with a concentration in race, class, gender, and immigration policy at UC Berkeley. Valeska’s work has focused around supporting equity-driven work. She will fuse together her academic and organizing experience as NCLT’s Property Manager.
