Swathi Bonda

Swathi Bonda has over a decade of real estate development experience leading megaprojects in New York and San Francisco. She started her career managing affordable housing development for Forest City’s New York office, developing and stabilizing nearly 800 units of mixed-income housing at Pacific Park Brooklyn (formerly Atlantic Yards).

She then moved to San Francisco to lead the development of 5M, a 4-acre mixed-use development located in SoMa. Most recently, she led the development of Hayes Point, a 47-story mixed-use tower in San Francisco, for Lendlease.

Swathi earned both her B.S. in Economics and MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She also serves as Board Chair for The Kelsey, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding housing opportunities for individuals with disabilities, and as Co-Chair of ULI San Francisco’s Housing the Bay summit.
