Erin has been with the Northern California Land Trust (NCLT) since 2004, serving in a wide range of roles including office management, property management, rehabilitation project management, and incubations project management. In her current role as Deputy Director, Erin feels inspired daily by NCLT’s dedicated, creative team, whose deep commitment and innovative ideas help advance housing justice.

She brings knowledge of the organization’s history, a practical problem-solving approach, and a strong belief in collaboration to her work, striving to strengthen the effectiveness, care, and collaboration with which NCLT serves communities.
