Chloe Park
Homeownership & Policy Associate
Chloe started with NCLT as an intern in 2024 and now manages the stewardship operations and communications of the organization. She recently graduated from UC Berkeley with degrees in Urban Studies and Data Science. She spent the majority of her undergraduate career blending these two disciplines and working within the intersection of data-driven research and city planning issues, including the housing crisis, policing and public space equity. Prior to working at NCLT, Chloe worked with the City of Berkeley as well as the San Francisco Planning Department. Having been born and raised in the East Bay, she has been largely exposed to the ‘wicked problems’ that typically ensue in urban areas, and dreams of an alternative model of living that can empower our rights to the city.
